“Chalk will act as a visual metaphor for human existence within late stage capitalism. Written on industrial landscapes, warehouses, concrete walls, urban infrastructure, places that embody the economic system itself.

The chalk becomes the human trace, fragile and temporary against the vastness of existence, it acknowledges our cosmic insignificance while affirming the quiet beauty of caring enough to try to matter while we are here.

Just like songs, this chalk art is a sign of life in a country full of pain and misinformation that could read as insignificant to passerby’s but ultimately could be the sign someone needed to change their mind.”

Chalk is the visual through line of this era. Small, imperfect drawings appear on concrete, brick, warehouses, and industrial spaces. The softness of chalk against hard infrastructure mirrors the EP’s core idea: choosing connection in places that don’t always make it easy.

iPhone quality—neither high-fidelity nor lo-fi, but deliberately average. This accessible aesthetic mirrors how we all document and perceive the world through our phones. Visual motifs include community (friends hanging), patches on clothing, and industrial factories.

Font: Times New Roman, mainly white but also utilizing the colors from the palette.

how do i relate to you?

“How Do I Relate to You? is about staying connected when things feel complicated, especially in moments of fear, disagreement, or uncertainty, and choosing to keep showing up anyway. It explores that question in my relationship with myself, my wife, my neighbors, my family, and even the country I live in. At its core, it holds onto the hope that we’re still trying.”
